Brightway Agency Owners struggled to connect with users in the digital space with outdated sites that didn’t provide valuable information. Our copywriters teamed up with Brightway’s corporate marketing department to create content that clearly communicated the organization’s ability to offer customers with more choice and expert advice. We crafted copy for each policy type that provided important information in easy-to-understand language.


The S4 team found that visitors hit the sites at specific moments. They either wanted to research the company or policies, or they needed a quote. We designed the new sites to meet the customer in the moment with content and design elements that are responsive whether they are searching from their home desktop or from their phone at a car dealership.


The Brightway platform is more than just a pretty website. Its primary purpose is to generate leads. After being live for just 30 days, the site was on track to double the number of leads generated the previous year. By the end of the year, though, we tracked more than three times the leads generated from the previous site.
