An expanded system of care meant Brooks had a lot of great information to share, but site visitors were having trouble finding what they needed. S4 worked with the Brooks team to create a structure that would help users easily navigate the site and find useful information

Usability First

Making each aspect of the site as easy to use as possible was our top priority. From a locations page showing the specialized care of nearby centers to the Newsroom section designed in the style of news sites, we focused on making every element familiar to visitors.


In an industry that can be seen as cold and standoffish, Brooks has worked to maintain a warm relationship with patients and their families through social media. Because this desire to connect sets them apart from competitors, it was important for us to make social media accounts easy for site visitors to find and follow.
